A skill template on QX Labs

Mutation skill with analyse -> draft -> approval -> execute. Audits the full flag inventory via a qx-vibe-client script into lifecycle buckets (fully rolled out, inactive stale, partial stale, experiment-linked excluded), drafts an ordered cleanup plan (code removal before archiving to avoid turning features off), and executes approved changes one flag at a time via PATCH with verification. Logs under /workspace/temp/posthog-feature-flag-hygiene/.
