Outlook Inbox Triage

A skill template on QX Labs

Sweep the inbox over a configurable window, filter noise via a shared config (VIPs, ignore lists), classify what's left (needs reply / awaiting others / FYI / noise), and create Outlook draft replies for the needs-reply set — grounded in thread history and, when a meeting recorder (Fireflies, Granola) is connected, recent conversation context. Digest in chat + saved under /workspace/temp/outlook-inbox-triage/. Never sends.
